The Journey Of Restoration provides completely virtual/online counseling services. We are happy to provide Individual, Couples/Family Counseling, Supervision Services and Workshops/Training services with the utmost professionalism. Please ask if you do not see an area of interest.
Supervision
Fee $100 per session
- Individual weekly supervision sessions
- Group Supervision, when appropriate
- Feedback and guidance on counseling techniques, application of theories, differential diagnosis and ethics.
- Review of case notes and other documentation and/or recorded client sessions, as feasible or appropriate.
Mental Health Workshops
Fee Ranges 100+ per person
- Mental health workshops are interactive sessions designed to provide individuals with knowledge and skills to better understand and manage their mental well-being.
- Workshops may cover topics such as stress management, mindfulness techniques, effective communication, self-care practices, and building healthy relationships.
- Participants are encouraged to actively engage in group discussions, participate in practical exercises, and learn from real-life case studies.
- Mental health workshops also aim to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues by promoting open dialogue and understanding.
